Filling system designed for, but not exclusive:
Oxygen, Argon, Nitrogen and
Mixed of these gases with CO2 and Helium

Filling process can be performed independent per rig
or using multiple rigs simultaneous

Vacuum and Washing process could be activated as separate process or within filling

* *

Filling is controlled calculating end filling gas pressure
by measuring the cylinder temperature
or by the weight of filled gas

The filling system includes the following main components:

- filling support structure
- pipes, tubes, hoses
- actuated and manual valves,
- cylinder valve filling adaptors

Mixed Gases Cylinders Filling System

System designed for filling mixed gases in cylinders like:
Oxygen, Argon, Nitrogen, Helium and
mixed of these gases with themselves and/or CO2, Hydrogen, Propane, Butane, Methane, NO, NO2, H2S, HCL
- 200 bar @ 15 Celsius - from 5 ppm

Baking Oven is designed for
Vacuum and Washing process with settable parameters like:
baking temperature, washing gas pressure, number of cycles, medium gas used for wash, vacuum level

Flipping Mixing Machine
used to accelerate mixing of filled gases by turning CYLINDERS up-down using an automated process

Filling process can be performed from 1 cylinder to 12

Source gases recipients could be single cylinders or bundles

Source gases could be single or mixed gases (pre-mixed)

Number of source gases used can vary from 2 to 6

Sector Filling Process

Sector is formed by a number of filling rigs connected together to fill the same gas - single or mixed


Sector Filling process runs production on one sector while cylinders are prepared to be filled on the other sector

Ventilation and Leaks Control

Automated Ventilation System does ventilate and air cleaning of the areas that might be contaminated with substances or gases in concentrations to which their values are over the acceptable minim levels


Special areas of work with dangerous substances must have leak detection sensors that will send out an alarm signal when a leak is detected


This signal is registered by PLC and the ventilation system will act to have the area decontaminated
